NOTE – SALON ENTRY IS FOR FINANCIAL KCPS MEMBERS ONLY
Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring Salons
Digital entries close at 2pm on SUNDAY before the meeting for handing in print entries. For 2024 the dates are:
- Summer Salon – Digital 2pm 25th February, Prints 26th February
- Autumn Salon – Digital 2pm 12th May, Prints 13th May
- Winter Salon – Digital 2pm 7th July, no Print Salon – replaced by Frank Hinchcliff (see below)
- Spring Salon – Digital 2pm 8th September, Prints 9th September

There are two entry submission forms for submitting to the Salons:
- Digital entry form – click here.
- Print entry form – click here.
These will enable you to directly upload your Digital Image entries, and provide all details in relation to your salon entry. Online registrations of your print entries is encouraged and preferred as it cuts down on administration overhead. The submission deadlines for online entries of both digitals and prints is the same. See the KCPS Competition Rules link above for more details.
Unlike in previous years, we will not be using the salon entry forms for submission of images to be considered for the Wellington Interclub Print Battle – instead we will be using a specialised form, which will be opened up as soon as this year’s themes are published. (see below).
You will receive an email acknowledgement of your entry.
Frank Hinchcliff Print Salon
A member may submit one or two prints. The images must have been captured within the last two years. There is no set theme. The entries must not have been submitted to a previous KCPS Salon or Frank Hinchcliff competition, and may not be submitted to subsequent KCPS Salons. (They may, however be submitted to external competitions and salons)
The hand in date for this is the 8th July 2024.
Informal Image Review
Not quite ready to enter images for a salon? For friendly and constructive feedback on your photos, enter them here for an informal review by other club members. These are held fairly regularly on some club nights or development nights (if time permits) – check the calendar or emails for the date of the next session.

Submissions for the Trenna Packer Salver Nature Photography Competition. Advice will be sent to members when the entry form is enabled.

Bowron Landscape Trophy and Wiltshire Digital Image Cup
KCPS will be entering both these competitions in 2024. Communications will be sent out to the membership nearer the time. If required, the following forms to submit images to be considered for the club entries will be enabled.
